Departure and return times are indicative, as they are subject to the provisions of the Harbour Office and weather and sea conditions.
The captain will communicate the exact times on the day of the excursion, based on factors such as maritime traffic and port authorizations.
⚠️ Safety first: in case of rough seas or adverse conditions, the visit to the Sciara del Fuoco could be cancelled and the ship will return directly to port.

The municipality of Lipari requires that a fee of €5 be paid for each passenger.
It is mandatory to leave your car outside the port area, as parking or stopping is not permitted inside the port. The area is monitored by cameras and carries fines.
Outside the port, under the pine forest, there are parking lots with blue lines and some areas with white lines. Here you can leave your vehicle.
The parking meter only accepts coins (credit cards are not accepted). Alternatively, you can use the Flowbird app on your mobile phone (area code 5546 Pineta-Via Raf Vallone). The rate is €2.00 per hour. There is no daily rate. For more information, contact the Municipality of Tropea.
To enjoy the sea at its best, make sure you have slippers, a swimsuit, a sun hat and sunscreen, especially in high season.
If you plan on going for a swim or just relaxing on the beach, we also recommend bringing a beach towel.
Avoid bringing beach umbrellas or children’s toys with you, as they may be cumbersome.
In low season, if you plan to return to the open deck, it is advisable to bring a long-sleeved shirt.
If the weather is uncertain, it is useful to also have a windbreaker with you; if it is not necessary, you can leave it on board.
During your shore excursions, you can leave backpacks and bags on board, but please note that they will not be guarded and will not reserve a place for you.
Your four-legged friends are welcome! Our vehicles are designed exclusively for the transportation of passengers and do not have cages or specific areas for pets. However, you are allowed to bring a pet with you under the following conditions:
During the entire journey, dogs must wear a muzzle and a leash or, alternatively, be kept in a suitable carrier. Cats and other small pets must necessarily be kept in suitable carriers, as well as birds in special cages.
Animals must be transported in such a way as not to cause damage or inconvenience to other passengers and/or the means of transport.
Before boarding, you may be asked to provide a health certificate attesting to the animal’s good health and vaccination record.
The responsibility for the maintenance, custody and care of animals during transport lies with the passenger, who must also comply with the health provisions established by the competent authorities.
Comerci Navigazione SRL reserves the right to cancel the trip at any time before departure, in accordance with the provisions of the law, without any obligation other than the refund of the sums paid.
If the trip has already been completed for at least 2/3 of its duration , Comerci Navigazione SRL will have no obligation to provide a refund.
Grounds for cancellation may include:
adverse weather conditions,
failure to reach the minimum number of participants,
technical failures,
provisions of the Port Authorities due to paroxysmal events in the Aeolian Islands.

RESERVATIONS AND TICKET PURCHASE REGULATIONS
The ticket can be purchased through the website www.comerci.it, at the
COMERCI NAVIGAZIONE front office ticket offices, at the accommodation facilities,
travel agencies and affiliated tour operators.
The online purchase is contextual to the booking.
At the time of booking, the Customer declares to be of age and
ensures that all the data provided corresponds to reality, is correct and complete.
The ticket is nominative; it is not transferable without the prior consent
of COMERCI NAVIGAZIONE. The ticket is valid only for the transport specified on it
. The passenger is required to keep the ticket to justify his
right to travel and to show it to any ship’s officer or
company official who requests it.
The purchase of the ticket is proof of acceptance by the passenger of the
General Terms and Conditions of supply described here.
Once the online purchase has been made, the Customer will receive by email the documents
confirming the booking and purchase of the service useful for carrying out
the transport.
In the event of purchase from an Agency or affiliated accommodation facility,
all documentation useful for the trip will be delivered to the Passenger by
the person making the sale.
The services can be purchased online, up to 12 hours before departure.

made after the indicated deadline may be accepted. In these cases, the Passenger must

TICKET COST
The fares charged include the charges relating to the service provided. The cost of the
ticket includes the transfer by sea, insurance coverage
(civil liability) with adequate limits, the on-board services expressly
indicated in the description of each individual excursion.
Any regional or local taxes in force at the time
of provision of the service are not included.
The fares in force are referred to per individual excursion or route, for those who
need to make an outward/return journey, a ticket for the outward journey and one for the return journey must be purchased

The rate applied is for a single excursion and for a single
Passenger.
a) children under 1 year old do not pay; only any
landing taxes of the Municipality of Lipari will be charged. The presence of infants must be reported at the
time of booking.
b) for children between the ages of 2 and 10, a
discounted rate will be charged, in addition to any taxes.

COMERCI NAVIGAZIONE reserves the right to periodically carry out
promotional campaigns on the online sale of individual services.
The methods of sale will be indicated in the description attached to the individual
promotion.
CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, ANNULMENTS
The travel ticket is nominative and cannot be transferred to a third party;
therefore, it is not possible to change the owner except by canceling and reissuing
the ticket itself.
The date of the purchased service cannot be changed.
Tickets purchased online and at the ticket office are not refundable.
Any requests for changes and/or refunds regarding travel tickets
purchased through authorized intermediaries must be addressed to and
managed by the same intermediaries;
The Company reserves the right to make changes to schedules and/or itineraries
and/or ship changes, without notice as a result of
adverse weather conditions, new ordinances issued by maritime and administrative authorities,
traffic in ports and/or carrier needs.

In the event of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or for not
reaching the minimum number of participants: COMERCI NAVIGAZIONE Srl
reserves the right to cancel the trip at any time before the start of the
trip, pursuant to Law No. 1084 of 27 December 1977, with no other obligation
than that of refunding the sums paid.
Once 1/2 of the trip has been completed, COMERCI NAVIGAZIONE Srl has no
obligation to refund.
In case of cancellation of the trip by the customer, the amount paid will not be
refunded and the full amount of the ticket will have to be paid.
Complaints or disputes will be processed one week after the
departure date.
TICKET AND VOUCHER
The Passenger, having completed the online purchase, will receive all the
useful documentation and will take care to print a copy or telephone screen to show to the
staff of COMERCI NAVIGAZIONE.
The document called voucher, does not give the right to board; it must be
replaced (with boarding pass) at the indicated ticket offices.
COMERCI NAVIGAZIONE will not be responsible for any errors
in the documentation (ticket and voucher), resulting from inaccuracies
written during the online booking entry phase. The Supplier will not
refund anything in the event of poor service or failure to provide the service itself,
resulting from any communication errors. In any case, it will be the Passenger’s responsibility and commitment to verify the accuracy of the data during the document issuance
phase .
Any disputes arising from incorrect registration must be
submitted directly to the providers. CANCELLATION OF UNCOVERED
